All Coaches
For the first time, we’re opening up our coaching curriculum and inviting coaches inside the methodology behind how we teach, develop, and connect with athletes.
Built through years of experience, peer-reviewed resources, collaboration, and models like Long-Term Athlete Development, this clinic is designed to give coaches more than just drills. We’re sharing the WHY behind our structure, communication, practice flow, and athlete-first approach that continues to build momentum across our programs.
This is a first look at the systems, language, and development philosophy we use inside The Yard.
We’ll cover:
• Practice structure and progression
• High-rep training environments
• Communication strategies for athlete confidence and retention
• Developmentally appropriate skill building
• Drill design and station work
• Creating intentional, athlete-first environments
Then, stay and put it into action by helping facilitate Summer Camp alongside our staff using the tools and concepts you just learned.
Leave with:
• Curriculum and practice resources
• Drills and training progressions
• Confidence in your coaching voice
• A deeper understanding of athlete development
• A renewed sense of purpose and direction as a coach
Because growing the game starts with growing better coaches.

This camp is designed for both boys and girls, we will separate by complex (Borst and Quad).
Our Summer Camp is a high-energy, three-day training experience built for intermediate to advanced athletes ages 8+ who are ready to level up. Expect fast-paced rotations, high rep volume, and intentional coaching that sharpens fundamentals and pushes athletes to be their best.
Yes, we will focus on fundamentals - AND expanding the foundation. Cleaner footwork. Stronger throws. More consistent barrels. Smarter base running. Every drill has a purpose, and every rep is designed to translate directly to game play.
This is a competitive environment where athletes are encouraged to work, compete, and grow together. Because it’s fun to work hard. It’s fun to get better. And yes… it’s fun to win. Athletes will rotate through advanced stations in defense, hitting, and base running, with built-in competition, challenges, and opportunities to earn summer gear along the way.
Instruction is led by high school and college athletes who understand what it takes to play hard. They bring energy, detail, and accountability to every station while creating an environment that is both competitive and positive.
We’ll close out the week with a wiffle ball tournament, where athletes get to compete, apply what they’ve learned, and finish the week with a win.
Expect water balloons, slip and slides, summer treats, and HARD WORK!
Our JR Summer Camp is designed to get athletes moving, laughing, and falling in love with the game.
Athletes will rotate through playful versions of hitting, throwing, and base running while learning the basics with high energy. We’ll mix in team challenges, water games, and summer favorites to keep the vibes high and the core memory bank full.
This is the perfect camp for younger athletes or new athletes who want to show up, play, and have a blast.
