Saturday, October 10 | 2:30–4:30 PM
Field 9 — Borst Park | Centralia, WA
The Prospect Prep Camp was created for athletes who are ready to start thinking bigger about where softball can take them; and who they need to become to get there.
Before athletes enter the showcase and recruiting years, we want them to understand that preparing for the next level is about more than sending emails to college coaches. It starts with how you train, how you move, how you compete, how you carry yourself, how you respond to failure, and how you talk to yourself when no one else is listening.
Led by Morgan Stuart alongside coaches and professionals who have competed, coached, trained, and worked with athletes at the highest levels, this camp combines on-field development with conversations we believe young athletes need to hear earlier.
Athletes will rotate through five interactive stations focused on:
ATHLETIC MOVEMENT — How do we train our bodies to perform, stay healthy, and play this game for as long as possible?
HIGH-LEVEL DEFENSE — Learning the details, habits, and mindset that separate great defenders.
THE POWER OF PRESENCE — Strong introductions, confident body language, how you enter the field, and what your presence in the dugout communicates about you.
DREAMS + LIMITING BELIEFS — What is your big dream? What could stand in your way? Athletes will identify the roadblocks and beliefs that can keep them from chasing what they really want.
POSITIVE SELF-TALK + VISUALIZATION — Learning how to become your own best coach in pressure moments, whether you're stepping into the batter's box, onto the mound, or into a big moment.
We'll close the camp by bringing our coaches together to share their own stories: What was your dream? What influenced your path? What changed along the way?
