Camp Details

Date: Tuesday, April 7
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: WF West Baseball Field, Chehalis
Ages: 5 – 14
Experience Level: Beginner-friendly | All skill levels welcome

This camp is designed to introduce young athletes to Baseball in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment AND build on existing skill.

Local high school coaches and players come together to help kids learn the game, build confidence, and experience what makes season special. Whether this is your athlete’s first time picking up a glove or they’re expanding the fundamentals, this camp is designed to meet them where they are.

Athletes will rotate through stations with different high school programs, learning age-appropriate skills while connecting with current players who love the game and want to give back. Camp wraps up with time for photos and autographs; helping young athletes leave inspired and excited to play!

We will organize groups based on age and skill.

Pay What You Can – Donation-Based Camp

We believe every athlete deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and grow in the game of softball; regardless of financial circumstance.

Our Pay What You Can model allows families to choose a registration amount that fits their current situation. Whether that means covering the full cost, or smaller contribution, every athlete is welcome and valued here.

For those who are able, paying above the base amount or making an additional donation helps us continue to offer these opportunities to others in our community. Together, we are creating access, building confidence, and growing the game for all.

Skills & Focus Areas

This camp focuses on skills taught in a fun setting:

  • Throwing and catching basics

  • Learning how to use a glove

  • Hitting fundamentals and making contact

  • Simple infield and outfield movements

  • Teamwork, encouragement, and confidence

The goal is not to become an elite player after 3 hours of work; it’s helping athletes feel successful, supported, and excited to play.
